The only cost to you is the credit card fee levied by Paypal our Payment Gateway Provider. Our costs are met by means of a small booking fee added to whatever price you set for your tickets and paid only by those customers who buy by credit or debit card.
You have the option to add the booking fee to the cost of the tickets or you can include the booking fee in the cost of the tickets and absorb the fee yourself. In this current climate we find the latter is the more favoured.
The booking fee is applied per transaction (as opposed to per ticket).
Current Paypal charges are levied at
3.4% + £0.20 per transaction
Therefore, a £40.00 transaction + £1.00 booking fee*
Would result in Paypal fees of £1.59 + £1.00 booking fee
Leaving £38.41 direct to you.
